Four colleagues are discussing their leadership styles and what seems to be working for them. Each takes a turn discussing their styles.

Johanna starts and says that she has had very little troubles leader her group. She says, $$I must be a natural born leader,$$ and laughs.

Sophia laughs, too. $$Well$,$ I wasn$$t born with those traits. I find myself trying to inspire my group. They want me to set a vision and then explain why my decisions are helping the entire group.$$

Lucas continues and says, $$I have found that every day is different. I am constantly trying to find the best leadership style to meet the demands of the day.$$

Stephen states that he has tried the other styles, but has found with his group that he needs to make decisions and just tell the group what to do$.$
