The agent sends an email to the CEO of the Daredevils on Friday at 8am. The following Monday the agent receives an email advising that Sam will not be contracted to the Daredevils as they heard nothing from him by the due date. Sam is most distressed and asks you to investigate and give your opinion as to his rights
