FPS picks up the seasoning on August 29th for the 2 hour trek to the Bay. Instead of going over land, FPS takes a strange route over Lake Pontchartrain and encounters hurricane winds. The driver is also seen by others swerving even before the winds started and the dash cam shows the FPS driver was drinking a Miller Lite behind the wheel. Thankfully, no one is hurt, but on the Causeway the FPS truck tips over and all 1000 bottles of the Smoke Seasoning fly into the Lake, never to be shaken on a single shrimp. Bay Bay is beside himself. Smoke has not been paid a thing. 1. Who do you think is the Bailor and Bailee in this scenario? Explain the roles. 2.
