Frank Castle is charged with murder. The law firm of Nelson and Murdock wants to represent him, but he hasn't hired them yet. In an effort to show Castle that they're good lawyers, Matt Murdock negotiates a plea bargain with the prosecuting attorney and signs it on behalf of Castle.
