Fransisco, the king of fast-food fried flounder, owns an enormous estate in Tennessee that extends as far as the eye can see. Unbeknownst to Fransisco, Mike Galintino set up an encampment and a moonshining still at the outer (2-acre) northwestern-most edge of Fransiscos property property, living and distilling secretly there for 18 months. One day, Fransisco hunting hounds find Mike and chase him off the property. Mike finds an attorney who files suit for ownership to a 2-acre portion of the property under a claim of adverse possession. Who wins and why? Explain.
