Fred owns a property bordering a tract of undeveloped land. This land is owned by a developer, and all approvals are in place for a new housing development to be built on the land. The person buying Freds property makes a really big deal about the undeveloped land bordering the property, and asks Fred point blank if the land will remain undeveloped. Fred knows about the planned development, but he lies and says the land will remain undeveloped.

c. Zach is selling his home and the potential purchaser asks about nearby public transportation. For the entire time Zach has lived in the home, there has been a bus stop on the corner one block away. Unbeknownst to Zach, the city has recently changed their bus routes, such that the bus no longer stops within 7 blocks of his house. He tells the buyer that there is bus service within one block.

d. Penelope is out golfing one day with her girlfriends, and she has been slicing badly all day long. On number 14, she says to Veronica, If I slice this tee shot, you can have these darn clubs. Penelope tees off and slices into the woods to the left of the fairway. At the end of the round, Veronica demands Penelopes clubs.
