Freddie is an accountant, working at a business called Freddie Accountants. Freddie is always positive with his clients and always believes positively. He has promised his clients that he will try his best to optimise their goals as long as it's within APESB standards. He also suggested to his customers that he will provide them with the greater returns and profits. The customers and clients have been very satisfied with Freddie's hard work and the business is currently growing. Currently, Freddie has never been associated with any corrupt breaches when it comes to ethics and law. Freddie believes that he follows the law and ethical standards profoundly. He also likes to read books and articles related to Ethics. Freddie states that "Even when I was young, my mother told me to believe in integrity and objectivity. I strongly believe in abiding to the law and following the APESB standards. I strongly believe that I am lawful and ethical. If clients are required to pay tax, they will have to do so at standard rate. If clients do not abide to rules and regulations for ethics, I will have to lose those clients. I am a strong believer in ethics and legal concepts & my business has continued to grow with satisfied clients and customers. A) What are the ethical and legal repercussions of this case study in terms of ethical principles and threats? Has Freddie breached any of these threats or ethical principles
