From across the room, Dina saw Cathy lift up a $2,000 designer wallet and hand it to Maggie. It was identical to the one that Mike had given her three months ago.Maggie took her wallet out of her pocket to show the girls. They all laughed and Maggie put her wallet back in her pocket as Cathy set the store's wallet on the counter.Unfortunately, Dina did not see Cathy put the store wallet down but she did see Maggie slip a wallet into her pocket.

Cathy and Jen excused themselves to go to the bathroom and as they left the store Dina jumped across the room and tackled Maggie from behind. Then she dragged Maggie to a back room and locked the door to the room with no windows telling Maggie she would be back with the police in a few hours. Two hours later the police arrived and Maggie was released from the room since she had not stolen anything.
