A Target may have violated the Clean Air Act as related to asbestos and the remodeling of 36 Target stores, and the EPA has so far issued the company a Finding of Violation (FOV) notice.

B Target may have violated the Clean Water Act according to the Department of Justice when it diverted its sewage lines onto public property.

C Target may have violated the Clean Water Act according to the Environmental Protection Agency when it diverted its sewage lines onto private property.

D Target may have violated the Clean Air Act as related to asbestos and the remodeling of 36 Target stores, and the the Department of Justice has so far issued the company a Finding of Violation (FOV) notice.

E Target has been fined over $100,000 by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) because it violated the Clean Water Act.
