From the feedback and survey distributed to the Administration team, you found the following information:
- that Katie was trained by the Administration Assistant Angelo.
- Angelo's responses to Katie's understanding was she didn't need any training in regards to naming conventions as she already had those skills.
- Angelo also revealed that he often had to refer to the Naming Convention Policy & Procedure as it did not always come naturally due to the complicated way he was taught by the Administration Assistant Andrea.
- Andrea's response was she was never taught how to name files and tried to interpret the Naming Convention Policy as best she could.
- Andrea also admitted that she wasn't confident that she was naming the files correctly.
- The remainder of the Administration staff felt that the naming conventions were a very basic skill and didn't feel they needed to train anyone to do as it came so naturally to them.
