1. Provide the Criminal Code section (exact) numbers (you will have to find this in the criminal code). This allows you to anticipate the weak points that the Defense may attack in cross-examination; What is the defence attacking involving the Specific Facts in Issue for each count (charge) before the court. You need to provide the specifics facts in Issue in a couple of paragraphs to achieve full marks. You must explain and write out your answers. Do NOT cut and paste from the criminal code your responses.
2. Summarize the testimony of Officer Fantasia and rate how credible you felt his testimony was prior to viewing the cross examination; Explain Why?
3. Express whether you think the facts in issue were proven beyond a reasonable doubt following the Examination-in-chief, speak to the evidence presented. Yes or No is not an answer. Explain Why?
