Military Team Building and Business Games

Our indoor and outdoor military themed approaches"Battlespace","Strike Force"and"The Executive Warfare Centre"offer fun, engaging and meaningful journeys into the military genre. Business can learn a great deal from the military about leadership, teamwork and decision-making in complex, changing and competitive environments.

Battlespace

Battlespace is a great indoor business game / simulation that requires effective leadership, teamwork and communication to win.

Team members assume various roles which are all equally crucial for the planning and execution of a military operation unfolding in real time. Limited time and resources become factors as do unexpected changes and of course the actions of competitors.

Each sub-unit will need to communicate, and see beyond their own tasking to grasp the bigger picture objective. People must share information and not succumb to task overload if they wish to be victorious and profitable during their campaign.

Teams gain valuable tailored insights into military decision-making, leadership, execution and cross-functional techniques. These can be carefully matched to your business aims and objectives.
