From the several law enforcement levels. How is it determined which law enforcement makes the arrest and or prosecutes? As you are aware, often drug dealers will cross state lines. At times, law enforcement agencies will need to share information, and I think this is when conflict can arise in regards to who will get the search warrant, make the arrest, prosecute, etc. With this being said, who takes the lead?
