From the situation given, what recommendation or improvement plan that can enhance employees satisfaction?
Files Decentralized / Inefficient Document Management This related to the behaviour of people. The problem here they placed all agreement, documents and files in one room, and they did not have a partition to separates the files and documents there. So, this will lead to the situation where they did not realise that all files will mix and not at the right place. If someone else looking for files it could be obstacle to them because the files are disorganized. As the result, it will be caused unhealthy environment to the employees where people tend to become misunderstanding, stress and start blaming each other like previous incident happen when the officer couldn't find their files because there are too many other files in one place. This leads to contributes time consuming because she cannot find the documents since other people simply can put their file anywhere there.Bill-book system > It was a long journey to share my experienced in doing bill-book where I got the responsibility to write bills on bill-book for 22 book a day which is total to 650 bills to issue. The bills from Monday till Saturday have 25 list for each day. I need to finish it before 25th January 2022. At first, I was promised to do the bill-book for only 1 weeks then will be transferred to finance department but because we lack intern student, so it is difficult to divide the work to make the bill-book finished earlier. After 3 weeks burnout writing the bills on a bill book alone, my officer gets me a helper where they need to write the bill-book same with me. So, the duration that we managed finish write the bill book takes 1 months, with 2 other intern students helped where we settle it before the date line which is by 7th January 2022.Non-Monetary Compensation > Recently, I personally found out that a few of non- monetary compensation or benefits in XYZ Company have been expelled and this lead to the decreasing satisfaction level of employees to work in this company. In these economy recovery where we still stuck in these Covid-19 pandemic, im pretty sure that many employees its having a financial crisis. Due to this, tts is unfair for us as employees because it was our employees right that should be given as followed by the goverment. Hence the most essential point is that some of employees believe the employer has failed communicated clearly with employees about changes and decision-making, this making them feel disrespected and confused, and have no choice but to obey the employer's decisionsStep by Step Solution
