The cost per kilogram of apples is 0.2618 Appendix 3b states year 6 production was 144 tonnes (36 tonnes under capacity) I cannot see anywhere stating any limitations on increasing this figure to under 180 tonnes, anyone else spot anything? As the total cost of growing/ producing juice is up from year 5 to 6 is 14020.831, we should look at increasing production and focussing more on apple production as Appendix 3c confirms year 6 total bottle sales are (both same unit price): Apple juice 64,400 Cider 33,600. If we increase (i know we said 10% previously) slightly higher than previously stated to an additional 18,000 kg for year 7 or an 12.5% increase, as apple juice is more popular should we focus on producing more of this? This would generate an additional 12,000 bottles as we supply wholesale at 1.72 per bottle (both products same unit price) this would increase turnover by 20,640 and mitigate the previously mentioned production increases while
