Functional documentation TRNC government wants to create blood donation system in order to apply it in mobile clinics and hospitals. They want to have informations about donor names and assign them unique IDs in order to track the availability of those donors. If an emergency alarm is triggered the government want to have address information and contacts about those donors. Donors details should have critical information such as blood type, last donation date about donors, medical report, and contact number. Similarly, add patient names with unique IDs, details on their medical conditions, and blood types. After youve created a database of patients and donors, you can work on a database for the blood bank. There, youll have to add the name of the blood bank, its staff details, operating hours, and address.

You must apply this project using the database concepts we learn in the course, meanwhile, you should apply ER-diagram EER-diagram and normalization to your project. This project could be applied in any DMBS. The SQL queries must be stored in .sql file extension where it should be applicable to be imported, the tables and contents of all records must exists after importing on another DBMS server. You must show examples about all entity integrity concepts.
