It is important that you are thorough and provide all links and references for all information you source as the Operations Manager (the Assessor) will need to review these when the report is submitted. Conduct the necessary research to address the case study and complete the report by addressing the following: a. Establish and detail the objectives of the research b. Explain two organisational requirements you need to meet when conducting the research c. Detail at least 4 reliable sources of information you will use to undertake your research and confirm how you established the reliability of each source
