- Set our marketing campaigns ready to start marketing the next quarter

- testing the app for bugs

- repairing anything that may need repair from the test in the previous quarter

O Our call of action is to help, for the time being, Lebanese students of all ages navigate through these difficult times and provide

them with a platform where they can openly discuss their issues with allocated professionals and also improve their academic performance. Yes, we are looking for funding to cover the costs we previously discussed.

Action: Networking at every opportunity

Needed resources: This is an inexpensive way to grow our business. we should know when to grasp the opportunity of our networks and connections and use them to promote our business. we should attend conferences, and take advantage of job clubs, after-hour events,community groups and events, and personal connections.

Action: Reviewing our strategy and progress

Needed resources: By visualising our strategy and progress, maybe by a dashboard. In addition to keeping our plan flexible and adaptable. improving reports and knowing how and when to change.

Action: Acknowledging our limits

Needed resources: keeping our SWOTs clear, by having annual/semi-annual SWOT analysis and establishing our priorities. By knowing our business and market well, we should know our limits in order to keep our goals realistic. by that we avoid disappointment and we will be able to achieve our goal which will motivate us.
