A study examined the induction time between bacterial meningitis and the onset of seizures in 13 cases (months). Data are show here. Construct a stemplot of these data and descsribe what you see.Suggestion Use a stem multiplier of x 10 so that the value 0.10 is truncated to 00 and plotted as 0|0.
