Gail and Kevin are frequent guests at Ashley's restaurant. Karen is their favourite server because she allows them to substitute different men items without charge

Gail and Kevin are frequent guests at Ashley's restaurant. Karen is their favourite server because she allows them to substitute different men items without charge and sometimes even arranges custom take-out menus. Therefore, when they became engaged, they went to talk to Karen about catering the wedding. They knew Ashley's restaurant did catering because it was advertised on the menus. Karen agreed to sit down with them and plan the menu even though this was not her job Ashley negotiated all the catering contracts herself. Karen had packed and served many catered menus, and she knew what the restaurant could do. She let Gail and Kevin look at a catering menu the restaurant was putting together for another client for that same weekend. They loved everything on it, and Karen told them the same price as the existing order. Gail and Kevin agreed to the price, so Karen took a $200 deposit and wrote the date in the restaurant's calendar. When Ashley returned, Karen told her about the order. Ashley was not happy with Karen's behaviour and told her not to do it again. Two days later Ashley looked at the calendar and realized the restaurant had too many orders to fill for that weekend and told Karen they could not cater Gail and Kevin's wedding. Has a contract been formed? With whom? Explain your answer.
