Gail and Kevin are frequent guests at Ashley's restaurant. Karen is their favourite server because she allows them to substitute different men items without charge and sometimes even arranges custom take-out menus. Therefore, when they became engaged, they went to talk to Karen about catering the wedding. They knew Ashley's restaurant did catering because it was advertised on the menus.
