Gallup$$s survey, the $$State of the American Workforce,$$ shows that $\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_$ percent of employees are either $$actively disengaged$$ or $$not engaged.$$Actively disengaged$$ means employees aren$$t just unhappy at work$$they are resentful and are acting out their unhappiness.
