During 2016 and 2017, no new preferred shares or convertible bonds were issued and none of the existing securities were converted to common stock. On September 1 2016 Gamma Corporation repurchased 450,000 shares at a price of $16 for treasury. On July 1 2017 Gamma Corporation issued 900,000 common shares at a price of $27. Gamma Corporation has a marginal tax rate of 40%.
