Adjust the plunger to the 60 mL mark (60.8 mL volume). Begin recording pressure measurements over the next 5 min. Now attach the syringe to the pressure sensor. Depress the plunger to the 40 mL (40.8 mL volume) mark (no need to lock it in place using the steel pin). Allow the sensor to record a few seconds of data at this volume, then release the plunger. You most likely will observe that it does not come back to the 60 mL position because of friction. Pull on the plunger slightly to force it to return to the 60 mL position. Repeat this three times. Cut and paste the data into excel to provide a graph for your lab report
