In doing so, you must: Draft an email to the Accounts team providing information about the customer request for a discount on the services offered. Attach updated Customer Record Sheet to the email. 2. You have received the following email from the Accounts team. Dear Customer Service and Events Manager, Thank you for your email covering issues that you encountered with the client. I am sure that John will become a long-term client, so tell him that we will give him 10% off if he books the meeting room and accommodation for one night. Thank you
