General Instructions: The Group will outline a case study by creating a company and a problem/ situation. This situation will be a project by which the company has contracted you to complete. Each group will work together to complete a case study. The group should see themselves as a consulting group (either internal or external) to the company focusing on Organizational Behaviour issues. Under the Discussions tab each group has a private group discussion forum to communicate and connect with their group members. You will identify issues that can be addressed with a plan of action using the ideas, concepts and theories from the course material. Required: 1. Provide a one-page overview of the company and its situation. Be creative. Make up a situation or base it on facts from a real-life company. 2. Identify the topical areas of Organizational Behaviour that you will address with respect to the company's situation 3. Break down the concepts, theories from the text or other resources that you want to use to address the company's situation. Use as many of the organizational behaviours and concepts that you believe are applicable to your situation 4. Develop an action plan to implement your recommendations. How will you implement your recommendations? Do external organizational academic research (scholarly journal articles) and provide a minimum of five sources (not including the textbook) to be cited in your paper in the Reference section. Please do not use Internet sources only -use academic journals that you can access from the Sheridan library site. Guidelines: All assignments must be typewritten, double spaced using a 12-point font 8 to12 pages maximum and page length limitations should be respected however you may wish to have an additional 2-3 pages for exhibits/appendices Please provide citations and a Reference list following APA accepted standards.
