1. General Manager of a Quick-Service Burger Restaurant. This restaurant is located in downtown Montreal. The candidate needs to speak both English and French and the team of employees is diverse. There are 80 employees, mostly part-time students who work the night shift and older full-time employees who work the day shift. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and has a drive-thru. It is the busiest restaurant the chain has in Canada. The restaurant is constantly understaffed. The candidate (YOU) will be replacing a general manager who was fired for homophobic comments made to employees.
