Generate a short report examining the effects that improvements to the thermal efficiency of an Internal Combustion engine have on the behavioural characteristics of the engine. Looking at improvements to the heat transfer process of the removal of the excess heat from the cylinders as the engine is operating. Explain at least one way this benefit can be generated and then justify the reasoning that your company should be aiming to increase the thermal efficiency of their engines explaining the benefits to the company and the customer. This report should be completed using the appropriate formatting, showing clear structure, use of headings, paragraphs and where necessary referencing.
