Generate a word file addressing the Operational Test (OT) Strategy for the VONS AMD Home Delivery System. Provide a high level operational strategy outlining Operational Testing (Validation) process required to certify that the system is ready for operational use.

(1) identify COI/KPP items to be tested;

(2) State how each test will be conducted to certify the operational viability of the VONS AMD home delivery system

(3) identify who and how the system will accomplish its' pass/fail criteria

(4) Provide a verbal description and illustration of system components that will be tested in an actual operational test environment
