Genetic Algorithms in Python:

Write a Python program that prompts the user to enter two individuals (strings that represent individuals in our example, 16 bits long). The program should then perform a cross-over between those two individuals. Choose a point randomly in the first half of the string, and a second point randomly in the second half of the string, to perform the cross-over. Print the two individuals created. Do not do any mutation.
