George, a resident of Florida, often travels through Memphis, TN, on his way to conduct business in St. Louis, MO. On one business trip, he spends the night in Memphis. While at a coffee shop that night George meets Sally, a resident of New Orleans, who is also traveling to St. Louis for business. The two chat, and then learn that they are in the same industry. They discuss how the two of them can work together so that they can trade turns with visiting each other's sales calls saving them both time.
