Purchased dental equipment on January 1 for $80,000, paying $20,200 in cash and signing a $59,800, three-year note payable. The equipment depreclates by $500 per month. Interest is $480 per month. 4. Purchased a one-year malpractice insurance policy on January 1 for $13,320. 5. Purchased $2,370 of dental supplies. On January 31 , determined that $960 of supplies were on hand. Prepare the adjusting entries on January 31. (Credit account titles are automatically indented when the omount is entered. Do not indent manually.
