Jim said he liked the car but that he did not want to pay more than $10,000 for it. The salesperson said that he could have it for $12,000. Jim said he would have to think about it. Jim came back on the 16th and said he did not want to pay more than $11,000. The salesperson apologized that he could not help Jim. Jim came back on the 30th of the month with $12,000 and handed it to the salesperson. The salesperson refused the money and told Jim that the price had gone up;

-Jessie had just turnedsweet sixteenand her parents gave her $5,000 to buy a car! The salesperson showed Jessie a car that she just loved with a list price of $13,000. Jessie offered $5,000. The salesperson said that he could sell itto her for$11,000. Jessie said that she only had the $5,000. The salesperson suggested that she could pay the $5,000 now and finance the remaining $6,000 to pay over the nextsix years. Jessiesaid that that sounded greatand completed the paperwork which included Jessie having to put a little sticker beside her signature on the financing contract;

-George's top salesperson, Jean, left the dealership and opened up her own dealership in the next town over. George is irate as the employment contract that he had with Jean specifically stated that employees were forbidden, anywhere in the province,from working for a competitor or from opening up their owner dealership during their employment or for ten years after their employment ends;
