Wooden cabinet are priced at P3000 each for the coming year. Product costs include: Direct Materials per cabinet P1150 Direct Labor per cabinet P800 Variable overhead per cabinet P45 Total fixed factory overhead P800,000 Variable selling expense is a commission of 5% of price; fixed selling and administrative expense totals P600,000.
