Ghana communication Technology University is one of the Public Universities in Ghana and has a couple of Distance Learning Centers (DLC) in some regions of Ghana. As part of efforts to make the University and the centres effective, management has engaged you as organizational development practitioner to do diagnosis of the university. As an effective practitioner, do a SWOT of the University and stating vividly, the biggest threat to the survival of the university.
