Ghana's budgetary process is governed by key elements of the political economy. Describe the current

budget processes, clearly showing how the promulgation of the Public Financial Management Act,

$2016($Ant $921)$ and Regulations, $2019,$ LI $2378,$ as well as participation of stakeholders have improved

the budget processes. Also highlight the areas that require improvement compared with best practices

across the globe.
