The cashier refused to sell the cake as it was reserved by someone else. Gina later decides to study law. She is confused about the Malaysian law and how the courts operate, the source and classification of Malaysian law. When she completes her study, she decides to start a business entity. However, she is unsure as to whether start a company or sole-proprietorship and she is also curious about how ethics could affect a business.
