My name is Judith Lopez Medina and I will be finishing my major in Business Management this December. I have the privilege to say that I speak both Spanish and English. Im 21 years old and right now my occupations are only working and go to school. I have a part-time job as a host at a fine dining restaurant named Margaritas at Pine Creek. I started working there when I was about 16 or 17.

This class is part of my major therefore, this is the first reason why Im taking this class but also because customer service is important to know about if you want to get into the business world. As a consumer when I see or hear the word customer service what comes to my mind is help. Help comes to mind because help is being provided to the customer. Any problem or question a consumer has you can contact customer service to get an answer. Now from an employee perspective, I see it the same way. As the help that I have to provide to the customer. I have to understand everything that is going on and know the correct way to interact with a customer. Those are the expectations and my understanding of customer service from both perspectives.
