give me a response that is educational and engaging for this post please - In the case of using moderation analysis in quantitative research styles with public administration, there are many reasons that can cause researchers to use this option. That is because it can help public administrators learn how to adapt the organization to certain decisions because employees rely on them. In their article, Yuan et al. (2013) pointed out that moderation analysis is widely used in social and behavioral research. Moreover, Yuan et al. (2013) believes that the most used model for moderation analysis is moderated multiple regression (MMR) since the explanatory variables of the regression model which include product terms, and the model is typically estimated by least squares (LS). In other words, the two-level regression model allows the assessment of the percentage of variance for each regression coefficient that is due to moderator variables. The Lord wants Christians to always shine in their actions. That is why in the book of Matthew 5:16, from the King James Version (KJV), it reads "let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." In order words, when the Lord has decided to bless his children, there is nothing that can stand their ways. That is why It is always good to glorify the Lord for every action performed
