Project overview: The OB final project is designed to provide students with a practical understanding of the dynamics of organizational behaviors within Saudi Arabian organizations. This project encourages students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, fostering critical thinking, research skills, and effective communication abilities. To achieve this, students are required to conduct in-depth research by visiting the organization and engaging in direct conversations with workers and perhaps managers.

1- Organizational Level: Change Management Strategies:
How does the company typically approach implementing changes within the organization?
The company does its best to make sure changes in the organization are embraced by staff through communicating that through different channels including workshops with the top management so they can cascade down to their teams, sharing the updates through the company portal and HR announcements and link the changes to the IT systems that support operations.
Can you provide an example of a recent successful change initiative and the strategies used to ensure its success?
HR services used to be provided through paperwork and they have been recently automated through an electronic system. The system was explained to functions heads who provided feedback for improvement that was implemented, a number of workshops was conducted and user manuals were shared in addition to tutorial videos.

Decisions are usually taken at the highest chain of command level and cascaded down to teams. These decisions regularly are based on the expected impact of a number of factors on the business including financial and social.

The company has set several core competencies to be considered in performance appraisal among which is collaborations.
What are the typical roles and responsibilities within teams, and how are they defined?
The typical roles vary according to each function within the business but in general these are defined according to the job description of each of which.

The main ones are written announcements and communiques shared at focal points, internal memos and emails, SMS, notifications via employee services platform.
