the assignment that deals with the future prospect of the European Union and perhaps of the western world as we know it.

Instructions: 1. Students will review chapter 10 and research future prospects of the EU in the 21st Century.

2. Students will prepare to explain some of the most important challenges the European Union is currently facing.

3. Students will choose TWO challenges. These challenges can be institutional, economic, social; they can deal with its current role in world affairs, such as its relationships with different parts of the world (US/ Latin America/ The Middle East/ Africa, etc.) or with its eventual expansion or break-up, as has been the case with BREXIT.

4. Students must begin explaining what is integration and briefly analyzed why it's important or not. Then, they must proceed in the next slide to include the current status and present condition of the EU. Then they should spend at least one slide explaining the challenge, and another slide explaining how the EU is dealing with this particular challenge and do the same with the 2nd challenge.
