Q1. Post four slides of how you would present sales forecasts, distribution channel analysis, pricing analysis, and competitive analysis.

A. My Sales Forecasting would be quarterly with Budget, Actual Spend, Current Inventory, Manufacturing costs for build of new product to accommodate the forecast, and revenue from generate sales. The goal is having the data to analyze if we met our sales goals and having the information to preform forecast for the next quarter by using past metrics.

Distribution Channel Analysis: My channel would focus on strategy to accommodate multiple market segments. To use a Salesforce marketing dashboard to create specific strategies through retailers, distributors, dealers, internet platforms, and catalogs. Each channel targets a specific consumer.

Pricing Analysis: Product, year, and sales. In this sense, analyzing sales and forecasting must evaluate price points and whether the company is hitting their goals. Furthermore, pricing would require evaluation of cost, labor cost, material cost and total cost, relative to profit margin.

Competitive Analysis: Our goal would be to focus on the one thing we do right against our competitors. For example, Tesco focuses on prices for consumers relative to its competitors. It was important to have the lowest prices in industry, always. That cannot change or customers would be confused. However, competitive analysis

A. I would use the Salesforce dashboard for marketing purposes because it keeps partners, potential sales and completed sales in one database. Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Management tool that stores information on the close servers. You can use the information to view metrics and establish market segmentation. The key for Salesforce is that you can store large amounts of data. It's also a marketing data dashboard in on place opposed to multiple and can create metrics and consumer profiles.
