Give your opinion/response to the below statement-

I do believe some people are "born bad". I more-so believe a person can be born evil. To me, humans have a gene that can cause individuals to conduct evil acts. There are cases where a person exhibits signs of evil by their actions during childhood. The evil continues over time causing the person to conduct a heinous criminal act. Timothy Wilson Spencer's youngest brother, Travis Spencer, has shared how Timothy conducted evil acts as far back as he could remember. Family and acquaintances familiar with Timothy, including his youngest brother, spoke about how they avoided Timothy as much as they could in order to avoid Timothy's evil actions. Timothy Wilson Spencer is the first person, in American history, prosecuted by Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Timothy was a serial killer and serial rapist in the state of Virginia during the years of 1984-1988. His media alias is "The Southside Strangler." Timothy's execution was conducted at the Greenville Correctional Center on 27 April 1994.

Robert Hawkins' shared the evil actions, events, and incidents his son, Robert Arthur Hawkins, conducted from childhood until adolescence that effected and impacted his victims' lives. At the age of 19 years old, in Omaha, Nebraska, Robert A. Hawkins committed mass murder during a mass shooting, followed my suicide, at the Westroads Mall, . Robert's father stated his son's affect (almost satanic like) would change whenever he was "disciplined" or told "no" from childhood until the mass shooting. His father made several attempts to provide his son with mental health care. However, psychologist constantly discharged Robert to continue life outside of mental health facilities. Sadly, Robert's father has stated his satisfaction and relief he has for his son's death.

There are further stories shared about persons "born bad" by family members and friends. Prior to my obsession for true crime, I believed "no one is born bad, they are a product of their parent's failure to teach them correctly." However, for me, I was wrong. There is a higher level of mental psychosis, evil.

To me, evil is a higher level than a person diagnosed with sociopathy or psychopathy. Unfortunately, evil is not a recognizable or an identifiable diagnosis listed in theDiagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition
