The ability of the organization to achieve its goals depends on the management skills of the employees and their ability to perform their tasks as required. Several effects are related to stress among the organization's employees. These effects can affect the organization negatively and thus cause impacts on its results. The concentration of the employee's challenges when stressed and therefore, the organization will have difficulties in its operation (Kloutsiniotis et al., 2020). Employee burnout is the effect of one effect that is related to employee stress in the organization. Through employee burnout, these employees become less engaged in their work, thus enabling them to maintain the organization's productivity levels. The employee collaboration among themselves, as well as conflicts at the workplace, is another negative impact of the stress among the employees in the organization.

The stressors that provide a challenge have a beneficial impact on work performance, but stressors that represent a barrier have the opposite effect on job performance. The effects of several pressures might be radically different from one another. There is a correlation between high levels of work satisfaction and positive stressors, while there is a correlation between lower levels of job satisfaction and negative stressors. Because thriving is the proximal antecedent of work performance, the results also give indirect support for the conclusions reached in the earlier research, which stated that challenge stressors are associated with good job performance, and hindrance stressors are related to low job performance.

Having an open line of communication between management and staff may relieve tension in the workplace, which is essential since many workers have tense relationships at work. The stress of working may be eased if employees are given paid time off (Kloutsiniotis et al., 2020). Employees will have more time to relax and enjoy themselves once they are no longer in the office. Staff stress may be mitigated by encouraging regular break times.

Stress in the workplace seems unavoidable. As the world changes, the demand for productiveness in the workplace increases. When employees intermingle with each other and are stressed, the workplace becomes a bit chaotic sometimes. It can become harmful to the overall organization's ability to progress. When employees are stressed because of each other or because of other factors within, people tend to take it out on each other in many ways. They become withdrawn, disrespectful to their peers or customers, or even worst, may quit.

The hindrance stressors tend to impact the stress among employees. Staff tends to be more stressed and unsatisfied because of work hindrance stressors. Most times, people aren't stressed by the work they are supposed to do. It's the extra stuff that tends to cause stress and overwhelming feeling.

To organizations, I would suggest finding out what causes the stressors. Reducing those stressors, or eliminating them altogether, shows employees that you have an interest in making them feel comfortable at work. Assessing what the causes are at work, will allow the organizations to be more aware of what is occurring and causing stress. Employers can then provide relief and resources that not only reduce but eliminate the feelings of anxiety as well. As stated in our textbook, organizations can offer sabbaticals or even some form of job relief by sharing responsibilities at the moment (p.143). Everyone needs to have a clear mind when working.
