Would it make a difference if the lawyer learned about the above situation several years after it occurred? e. Client wants to include an obviously unreasonable restrictive covenant in an employment contract, to prohibit employees from working for any competitor for six years. f. Lawyer learns that the contract client has been using for years contains a false statement about client's credential
