The ABC Industrial organization is looking to improve its vision regarding international and globalization issues. The ABC Industrial organization has many challenges faced by it due to stopping the production plant several times a year (almost twice) due to shortage/delay of raw materials from suppliers and willing to eliminate this issue to be zero and no more than three times. As the ABC Industrial organization uses the latest version of information and communication technology software, it tries to improve its use of e-commence from 80 percent to 90 percent during the next three years with a minimum of 75 percent. The unit price of energy used by the production plant is $ 0.40 Kwh and they are looking to minimize this value to $ 0.20 Kwh and a maximum of $0.50 Kwh. The ABC Industrial organization has 10 markets right now in South Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East and they are looking to increase their target by adding five more markets at least during the next two years with keeping at least five markets. The ABC Industrial organization is expecting a number of new customers ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 with an existing value of 10,000.
