Given the case study information, produce a cost estimate, budget, status, forecast, and a dashboard. Components Content Cost Plan Estimates including basis, technique, constraints, risks, range, and budget s-curves. Cost Status Report Accurate assessment of the earned value, BAC, PV, AC, SPI, SV, CPI and CV Forecast Reasonable forecast with EAC, ETC, VAC and s-curves with actual and forecast. Include valid assumptions and explain why the assumptions were made. Dashboard Single page dashboard that efficiently displays the status of the project and forecasted cost and schedule. The dashboard must be written in business language. Present the curve graph showing EV, PV, and AC.Complete the Excel sheet with cost plan, cost status report, and forecast.

Item Name Formula
BAC Budget at Completion

=sum all planned activity

= PV

PV Planned Value = sum of all planned activities, to the status date.
AC Actual Cost

= sum of all dollars spent to the status date

= AC

EV Earned Value

= sum of all earned value to the status date

= EV

SPI Schedule Performance Index = EV/PV
Note: SPI greater than 1 is favorable i.e. ahead of schedule.
SV Schedule Variance = EV-PV
Note: SV greater than 0 is favorable i.e. ahead of schedule.
CPI Cost Performance Index = EV/AC
Note: CPI greater than 1 is favorable i.e. under budget.
CV Cost Variance = EV-AC
Note: CPI greater than 0 is favorable i.e. under budget.
EAC1 Estimate at Completion1 = BAC/CPI:
1Assuming cost performance will continue.
EAC2 Estimate at Completion2 =AC+((BAC-EV)/(CPI*SPI))
2Assuming the schedule is fixed.
EAC3 Estimate at Completion3 =AC+(BAC-EV)
3Assuming the cost performance to date was an anomaly.
EAC4 Estimate at Completion4 =AC+ new bottom-up ETC
4 New estimate is required.
ETC Estimate to Complete = EAC - AC
VAC Variance at Completion = BAC - EAC
Note VAC greater than 1 favorable i.e. under budget.
TCPI To-Complete Performance Index (Schedule) =(BAC-EV)/(BAC-AC)
To-Complete Performance Index (Cost) =(BAC-EV)/(EAC-AC)
