Given the company's income statement for the third quarter, what would "Earnings before Taxes" have been had management NOT taken these charges? $($Reminder: These charges may not all have shows on the IS$,$ it could have come from BS and therfore may not be duducted from the Total Revenue. I am unsure, which is the clarifictaion I need before answering. Thanks$)$
