Payrollalso receives new employee forms and changeforms from human resources whichare also entered into the systemto update the payroll database. These forms are then filed in payroll alphabetically. Employee paychecks are generated from the payroll database along with one copy of the check. In addition the payroll tax report, payroll tax check, and a weekly payroll report are generated from the payroll system.The copy of the paycheck is filed alphabetically in the payroll department with the time card. The paycheck is forwarded to the production manager to be distributed to employees.
