Given the following systems S1 and S2 which are described by the input-output relationships y(t) = x(t-1) and y(t)= x(t+1), respectively, compute the output signal as a function of t for an input signal x(t) = e-t if a) S1 and S2 are in series and if b) S1 and S2 are in parallel. Draw the block diagram for the above and plot the answer in each case using MATLAB. (Note: For system S1, and input x(t) will yield an output y(t)=x(t-1) while for system S2, and input input x(t) will yield an output y(t)=x(t+1))
