Given the identification of the location for the resources (question 1), find which ones can and cannot be transported to the major consumers (e.g. Europe, China, India). For example, the middle east natural gas cannot practically be transported to Asia). In another example, the Russian supplies cannot be delivered to Europe as there are now sanctions in place. This could take place though if natural gas is liquified.
